• 800 g di asparagi
• 1 litro di brodo vegetale
• 1 cipolla bianca
• 1 patata media
• Olio extravergine di oliva
• Basilico fresco
• Nuvolette senza glutine
• Sale e pepe

PROCEDIMENTO

Per preparare questa ricetta che sa di primavera sarà necessario semplicemente frullare tutti gli ingredienti insieme fino ad ottenere una crema. Per arricchire questo piatto abbiamo utilizzato le nostre Nuvolette senza glutine con olio extra vergine d’oliva.
