Torta di zucchine


INGREDIENTI

• Pasta brisé
• 2 cipolle
• 3 zucchine
• Tarallini all’olio EVO Puglia Sapori
• Q.B.: sale, olio EVO e grana

PROCEDIMENTO

Per prima cosa occorre far appassire le cipolle sminuzzate in abbondante olio EVO e sale, quindi Tagliare le zucchine a rondelle ed aggiungerle alle cipolle.

Stendere, poi, la pasta brisé sul fondo di una teglia, bucherellarla ed aggiungere zucchine, cipolle ed una spolverata di Grana.

Far tostare in padella i nostri tarallini all’olio EVO con un po’ d'olio ed aggiungerli alla torta.

Infornare a forno caldo 200° per 25 minuti
